Invest in Time and Watch your Money Grow
Ever since I was a child, I was fascinated by the wristwatch my father wore. I would see him take care of the watch, wiping the straps every night, cleaning the glass and lovingly placing it on a velvet cloth on the dresser. My fascination has led me to become a collector of watches and I currently own over 70 of them. This morning while searching for watches online, I saw Rolex watches for sale at watchsea24. Opening the site was like opening a Christmas present. The range of collectible watches was just amazing and what was more; it was being offered by genuine certified dealers.
I spent the entire morning going through the web store. Watches for me are not just an everyday accessory. They are investments made after a lot of research and have over the years paid back handsomely. So, what makes a watch worth investing in? There are no general rules although some points do need to be kept in mind. Choosing a limited edition or a rare model will definitely give you a better chance of making money when you sell the watch in future.
Investing in watches requires a lot of time and effort. Not all watches increase in value; as a matter of fact most of them decrease in value the moment they leave the store. But there are a few watch companies like Rolex, Patek Philippe, Vacheron Constantin, Audemars Piguet, Breguet, A. Lange & Söhne who manufacture limited edition collectible watches which are definately worth investing in. Investing in watches has got me some very classy timepieces but, the pride of my collection is still my father's Rolex Oyster Perpetual Submariner on its velvet cloth.
